LAST POST!

Hi! This is already the last post for this project. But we still got a lot projects and one practical exam in our hands. =.= Well, we also changed our timetable too. During weekdays, i only have practical lessons at morning, but for Saturdays, we have practical at afternoon instead. Honestly, i still prefer my old timetable. :/ At least i still got half day free for Saturdays after i finish my practical lesson at morning. WELL, WISH ME LUCK! for the practical exam too,haha.

Hi! It's been 1 month plus since i entered this school. How times flies! Now already busy like mad. Don't even have time to meet my ex-classmates. D: Ok, changing the subject. Today i went out with my group and other groups to do the Hospitality Hosting project. Went to Mandarin Orchard Singapore and interviewed some of the staffs there. Was so embarrassed,haha. But, overall, it was fun. (Y) Oh, and we have been making bread this week. The dough was very soft! Although i havent learn the skill for tightening the dough, but it was still very fun! xD Hope to make more of these again! (Y)

Hi. This week had been busy with two theory tests and one practical test. Luckily, I managed to pass my food hygiene test and was happy. Haha. And as for the practical test, I felt nervous as i was worried that my butter cake will have lumps in it again. And yes, it really did. -.- Well, I was quite happy with my tart crust too. But i was unsatsified with my arrangement of the fruits on the tart. I had added too much blueberries on it and thus, it looked messy. Overall, the practical test was fun but tiring.

Test,test,test! It's coming up soon! -.- And i have not even study finish. zzz. Gonna buck up during the weekend...Sian.

Anyway, this is my activities for this week...

For Monday, its a public holiday so we have no school,YAY.

For Tuesday, i have english lesson and demo lesson. Learnt pandan and orange chiffon cakes.

For Wednesday, i have Hospitality Hosting lesson today during morning instead. And also, made pandan and orange chiffon cakes. Was quite unsuccessful as the cakes were quite heavy and even had some lumps in it.

For Thursday, i have Host Communications lesson and had to do a speech in front of the whole class. Very nervous...so in the end, i asked the host mentor to have a one-to-one instead. Next time i must be brave and talk in front of the whole class! JIAYOU MAN!

And lastly for Friday, i had theory lessons throughout the whole day.

Hello! My activities for last week are...

For Monday, i get to learn marble cake and butter cake for the demo lesson which was fun and interesting. And also tried making it during the practical lesson which was partly successful.

For Tuesday, only came for the demo lesson and went home as there is no english lesson on that day. Learnt muffins and scones.

For Wednesday, i have to bring a lot of things as i have practical lesson. Made muffins and scones. Managed to make the muffins well. But for the scone, it turned sideways after being baked.

For Thursday, my name is called up to do the speech. But i didn't prepare well so i was given a penalty instead. -.- For demo lesson, learnt swiss rolls.

For Friday, i had theory lessons for the whole day. Did project too.

For Saturday, made swiss rolls. Didn't have the time to rest throughout the whole practical lesson! -.- And i could not finish my swiss rolls in time.
